Gather begins with a vessel. The composition continues with you.
Each ceramic form is unfinished: an invitation for flowers, stems, and the person arranging to become part of the work. The openings offer a framework, a place to begin, a direction to follow, a rhythm to play with. Within structure, there is freedom, experimentation, and play.
The openings are small and designed for slender stems; thicker stems will not fit. Use dried or artificial flowers throughout the form, or arrange fresh flowers through the top openings with their cut ends reaching the water below.
*Keep water below the lowest side hole to prevent spills, and ensure fresh stems remain submerged. Periwinkle Mist / Lavender is not watertight. Use dried or artifical flowers only.
